The Edmonton Oilers just signed Corey Perry to a one-year deal.
They shared the news on Twitter, stating the contract is worth $775K per year with some performance bonuses.
The #Oilers have signed forward Corey Perry to a one-year contract with an average annual value (AAV) of $775K plus performance bonuses. Perry will wear number 90.
Perry will be rocking the number 90 jersey.
Before joining the Oilers, Perry had a deal with the Chicago Blackhawks this season, but it got terminated due to a controversial incident involving alcohol at a team meeting with another player named Henry.
We hope Perry is doing well now, and kicks off his next chapter in the NHL on a high note.
