These three players are still under contract in the NHL, even though they're retired. All three also happen to be apart the Blackhawks' Stanley Cup runs.

1: Brent Seabrook - Brent Seabrook is currently 37 years old. He won three Stanley Cups with Chicago and retired just two years ago. Brent had 464 career points, with 1,114 regular season games. However, Stan Bowman traded his rights away to the Tampa Bay Lightning for Tyler Johnson and a second-round pick. Seabrook's cap hit is at $6,875,000 for the next two years and is going against the Lightning.

2: Marian Hossa - Marian Hossa is currently 44 years old. He recently got his number #81 retired by the Hawks and was a part of the dynasty we had during our Cup runs. Hossa, along with Seabrook, were traded away to clear cap space. Marian has over 1,000 games played and over 1,000 points in his career. His cap hit on the Coyotes is $5,275,000.

3: Duncan Keith - Duncan Keith is currently 39 years old. Him and Seabrook were arguably the best defensive pair at their time, and star goaltender Corey Crawford really made it. Keith played a season or two with the Edmonton Oilers and after that, retired. Duncan has 1,256 games played and 646 total points in his career. This one is a little bit different, as his cap hit actually goes against the Blackhawks. His cap hit is at $5,538,462 this year, and $1,938,456 next year.
