The Chicago Blackhawks General Manager Kyle Davidson has been doing his best to make the Blackhawks as terrible as possible it seems, all in hopes of winning the NHL draft Lottery to get Connor Bedard.
Davidson is looking to move numerous players ahead of the NHL trade deadline including super star Patrick Kane, if he waives his no-movement clause. The 34 year-old is a pending UFA and still hasn't made up his mind to waive his no movement clause, but has numerous teams including the New York Rangers are linked to acquiring Kane.
However, according to the Website the "Daily Horn", a new team has joined in the Patrick Kane trade talks and that's the Carolina Hurricanes. The Hurricanes sit up top of the Metropolitan Division, but are looking to improve their chances to contend for a Stanley Cup.
The Hurricanes recently lost a former 40 goal scorer back on January 19th when Hurricanes forward Max Pacoritty re injured his Achilles tendon.
Hurricanes General Manager Don Waddell is looking to replace Pacoritty and Kane would be perfect, in fact he's even better then the Hurricanes when they had Pacoritty, Kane could be the piece the Hurricanes need to win the Stanley Cup.
