When it comes to the NHL trade deadline day, it feels like a second Christmas to hockey fans, so many things take place and we don't know what we're going to get as it's really unpredictable.
The Golden knights are looking to head back to the playoffs after missing them last season for the first time in their young franchise history. However, the Golden Knights got hit with a huge blow after the news that their captain Mark Stone is out indefinitely after just being forced to have season ending back surgery.
This has forced Golden Knights General Manager Kelly McCrimmon to try to make a major move to replace Stone as best he can. Well it looks like Vegas is going to go all in like at the poker table, because according to the Fourth Period the Golden Knights are looking to land the biggest name available for the trade deadline... Chicago Blackhawks Patrick Kane!
What a replacement that would be for Kelly McCrimmon? Bringing in Patrick Kane to play with Jack Eichel?
