After the Colorado Avalanche failed to end the Tampa Bay Lightning Friday night in Denver this gives the Lightning some life and puts some doubt in the Avalanche players heads heading back to Tampa for game six Sunday night.
That's not the only unfortunate news from the Avalanche ad it appears the Avalanche couple be without one of their best players Sunday forward Valeri Nichuskin who was seen being carted off to get an X-ray after game five in Denver.
It was reported by Avalanche Insider Mike Chambers of the Denver post who would reveal,
"Valeri Nichuskin was carted to the X-ray room. Yes "carted to the x-ray room."
This would be a huge loss for the Avalanche if Nichuskin is indeed not able to go Sunday night as he's been a huge part of this run scoring some big goals.
More news has hit on Burakovsky, another key piece to the Avalanche's core and he did not skate for very long in todays practice, it seems as if he'll be out as well..
