Blackhawks' Head Coach and Patrick Kane Missing From Morning Practice
Much anticipation has built up over the past few weeks regarding the Chicago Blackhawks' superstar Patrick Kane, and his future in Chicago. Things picked up whenever Patrick Kane noticeably played his heart out in the Blackhawks most recent win over the Toronto Maple Leafs.
Kane tallied up three goals and one assist, in what many were calling his last home game at the United Centre. Kane made an emotional exit whenever he was deemed the first start of the game, soaking in the crowd while taking a lap around the United Centre ice surfaced raising his stick to fans.
It appears that Patrick Kane will indeed be playing in tonight's game, which Scott Powers of the Athletic mentioned this is the Blackhawks' last home game until November 2nd, the NHL trade deadline is March 3rd. Blackhawks fans in attendance could really be seeing the last bit of Patrick Kane.
Sadly for fans that showed up to the Blackhawks practice this morning, Patrick Kane and head coach Luke Richardson did not take the ice for it.
No Luke Richardson & only 10 skaters for morning skate today for the #Blackhawks
88 is not among the 10 skaters. But half the roster isn't either
