Connor McDavid calls upon writer who called him out in media yesterday
Yesterday Oilers beat writer Mark Spector called out the best player in the world in an article after Dave Tippett's firing. In the article Mark Spector implied that McDavid wasn't "trying" and that was a reason for the Oilers struggles.
Well today after Oilers media availability McDavid took steps to handle this situation by calling upon Spector in an attempt to have a behind doors conversation.
Obviously McDavid was unhappy with something that was said and unlike Leon Draisiatl who "got pissy" with Jim Matheson, McDavid chose to handle it behind closed doors.
