The Columbus Blue Jackets lost goaltender Matiss Kivlenieks last summer in during Memorial day weekend in a tragic accident. His best friend and fellow Blue Jackets goaltender Elvis Merzļikins has done his best to carry on Kivlenieks in memory.

Merzļikins who likes to have fun and be a trendsetter when it comes to goalie gear boasting some of the best equipment in the the NHL, and best setups amongst his peers as well as elaborate paint jobs on his mask.

However, Merzļikins might of unveiled his best set yet. Merzļikins new setup is a personalized graphic from Bauer, and incorporates various elements of the Blue Jackets sweater design into the sharp check it out:
