There is no doubt that Connor Bedard will start his professional career in the NHL during the beginning of the 2023-2024 NHL season.

As it gets closer to that time of year, ESPN has started releasing predictions for the upcoming NHL season, and they have a lot to say about Connor Bedard's first season in the sport.

That time of year where ESPN releases their stats projections for most players in the league. (Swipe ➡️)

Comment below if you want to know any player's statline prediction, will try to get to all of them.

Some are interesting to say the least. They also have Alex Killorn going 11-14-25 in 82 games this season, the Anaheim tax is real.

It was with the Regina St. Pats during the end of his WHL career that Bedard earned 143 points before being drafted first overall by the Chicago Blackhawks.

According to ESPN, Cam Bedard is likely to end up with more points in his first season in the NHL than Sidney Crosby at the end of this year, which is a bold prediction.

The analysts predict that Bedard will post 90 points this season, while Crosby will drop to an 89-point season, after posting 93 points in 2022-2023.

It's quite a take, and we are hopeful that they are correct about what they have to say.
