Garry Bettman Hits Arizona Coyotes With Brutal News For Next Season..
So the Arizona Coyotes have been quite the team to be in discussion within the last few seasons, talks about relocation, closing the franchise or even re-branding the team played a factor in rumors. But all rumors were settled when Garry Bettman confirmed that the Coyotes will be having a new arena built in the city of Tempe, and it's a pretty one.
Until there new arena in Tempe is built which will be a multi-year project, the Coyotes are forced to play in a 5,000 seat shared with a local college team..
Well it seems like Bettman should have done his research before approving the Arizona Coyotes, as the regular season schedule has been released Arizona fans are nothing but frustrated- and they are not to blame! NHL insider Frank Servalli reported this brutal news.
20 out of first 24 games are on the road. They play just 2 home games in each of Oct and Nov.
There is no Saturday night home games during the NCAA season (the team that they are sharing the arena with). (One in Dec during Christmas break.) Wow.
