The Calgary Flames were hoping to have a very deep run in the playoffs last season. Unfortunately things didn't go as plan, bowing out in the second round to the Edmonton Oilers.

At the time fans didn't know that would be the last of Johnny Gaudreau in Calgary as he decided to pull a John Tavares and leave his team high and dry to go play in Columbus.

This obviously left Flames fans, management and teammates with a sour tastes towards Johnny Hockey. However one Flame is going to pretend That Gaudreau never was a teammate when they meet this season.

That player is Milan Lucic. The big man recently joined Jesse and JD and was asked about the first opportunity he has to play Gaudreau.

Host: I gotta ask, buddy, on January 23rd, when Gaudreau comes back to the Saddledome and you see him cutting across the ice with his head down, I know you guys were buddies for a long time, but do you lay him out or what?

Lucic: Okay, yeah, it will be like before I was a Calgary Flame. You go out there and you try and take a number on the other team's best player.

Lucic was quite dirty before Calgary, so that's a bold threat to make.
