Latvia Gets First Ever Win in World Juniors: Other Team in Tears..
Team Latvia had a win/loss record of 0-26 heading into tonight's game against the Czech Republic team, and they were all in tears.
Latvia hasn't won a single game in the preliminary rounds in YEARS!! Not just one, two or three years, we are talking more than five years.
Latvia quickly got up 2-0 just twelve minutes into the game, where Czech would then score 2 goals to tie the game.. until Latvia broke out in the third period and scored two of there own.
