Patrick Kane offers kind words to Jeanneret family
During his remarkable career that spanned over five decades, Rick Jeanneret was the beloved voice of the Sabres organization in New York. He began calling Sabres games back in the team's second season, from 1971-1972, and went on to receive the prestigious Foster Hewitt award from the Hockey Hall of Fame in
2012.
Sharing my sympathy with the Jeanneret family on Rick's passing. He was one of the biggest reasons I liked the Sabres so much growing up. RIP RJ.
