REPORT: The Tampa Bay Lightning Reveal a BRAND NEW LOGO
The Tampa Bay Lightning are approaching their 30th season in the NHL this upcoming season, since it's first ever NHL season in 1992-93, the Lightning organization has undergone countless changes, whether it is the players on the ice, the coach behind the bench, or the arena in which the game is played for the better.
Despite being in the NHL for only 30 years, the Lightning have won three Stanley Cup championships: 2004, 2020, and 2021. They also reached the Stanley Cup Finals in 2015 and in 2022 which has to be record breaking for that many cups in a short period of time. Meanwhile, the Leafs have yet to win a Stanley Cup since 1967, and have been in the NHL since the 1920's as the Toronto Argo's.
With every special event comes a change, and this year Lightning fans get a new logo which will be displayed on the shoulder areas of their jerseys, and the logo is actually gorgeous!! Take a look at the official reveal of the Lightning's new logo:
