Seven Dates Chicago Blackhawks Fans Need to Circle on Their Calendars For This Summer
Chicago Blackhawks fans should mark their calendars for some key dates coming up this off-season. The NHL Draft Lottery takes place on May 8, where the Blackhawks will learn their fate in the draft order.
From June 4-10, the Scouting Combine will take place, giving teams a chance to evaluate potential draft picks. The 2023 NHL Draft will follow on June 28-29, where the Blackhawks will have a chance to add some young talent to their roster.
Development camp takes place from June 30-July 6, giving fans a chance to see some of the prospects in action. NHL free agency begins on July 1, giving the Blackhawks an opportunity to make some moves to bolster their lineup.
Finally, rookie camp takes place from September 13-17 in Minnesota, followed by training camp on September 21, where the Blackhawks will begin preparing for the upcoming season. Blackhawks fans have plenty to look forward to this off-season.
