The Flyers are Doing What the Blackhawks Did

The Philadelphia Flyers are seemingly in rebuild mode, making everyone under the sun available except for top prospect Cutter Gauthier.
Last summer and during the trade deadline, reports came out of Chicago that "no one was safe" and that a fire sale was coming. It all started during the 2022 draft when the Hawks traded Alex DeBrincat and Kirby Dach for draft picks, which kickstarted the Kyle Davidson rebuild era.
Well, Philadelphia may be looking to do the same thing. The Flyers are receiving interest or looking to trade the following players: Kevin Hayes, Travis Konecny, Scott Laughton, Tony DeAngelo, Carter Hart, and Travis Sanheim. Danny Briere is going to tear the team apart to kickstart a rebuild, meanwhile trying to net the #1 pick, just like Kyle Davidson did.
The only question is, when will Briere start? At the draft, free agency, or the trade deadline?
