The NHL Just Got Exposed For Trying to Cover Up a Serious Issue During The All-Star Game
As hockey fans wait for the real hockey to return the NHL held their annual festivities, also known as the All-Star Game. This year game took place at the home of the Florida Panthers, at FLA Live Arena.
Many wondered why they still do the whole All-Star weekend as it's seem to lost its glitz and glamor as it use to have back in the 90s when the games were actually good. The biggest story coming from this weekend was the attendance. The NHL would go on record saying the All-Star Game was actually sold out, Bettman said himself.
However, unless everyone was invisible there were not 19,250 fans in attendance. As fans would go on social media to expose the NHL for lying to us about attendance showing it was maybe about 50% full at best.
