According to TSN 690 - Pierre Dorion has held early extension discussions with Artem Zub and Stutzle.
During the 32 thoughts NHL podcast with Jeff Marek and Elliotte Friedman, Stutzle had this to say.
"I love Ottawa, I love the city, I love the guys. I'm really committed to signing long-term maybe and I'm going to be looking forward to joining them for a long time there,» exclaimed Stutzle.
