Minnesota Wild call out officiating in 4-3 win over the Detroit Red Wings on Saturday

It is safe to say that the Wild were not happy about the officiating in their game on Saturday, specifically with referees Ghislain Hebert and Jake Brent of the National Hockey League.
Wild players spoke out following the conclusion of the game, and were far from happy.
The most criticism received on the officiating was from Minnesota Wild forward Marco Rossi, who clearly isn't afraid to receive a fine by Gary Bettman and the NHL after his comments on their referees.
Rossi specifically called out Detroit Red Wings forward Patrick Kane, when 'showtime' [Kane] went down in the corner, which resulted in ROssi heading to the penalty box for a minor 2-minutes for tripping.
However, Rossi felt that 18-seasoned NHL veteran Patrick Kane took a dive and embellished on that play, and so did a handful of fans.
"I don't know about a penalty, to be honest," said Rossi. "Yeah, the refs were really bad today. But it happens."

The play in question, that shows Kane 'embellishing' [according to Rossi] is shown below, you be the judge:
One fan on that thread even went as far as saying 'Patty kane should try out for the Olympic diving team in 2026'.
Some even praying on a fine from the NHL to Kane for diving, which we see quite often from the NHL Department Player Safety.
NHL Rule 64 "is designed to bring attention to and more seriously penalize players (and teams) who repeatedly dive and embellish in an attempt to draw penalties." A first instance draws a warning, while second citation comes with a $2,000 fine.

With Rossi's call out to Red Wings' Kane, it's looking like the NHL will take a closer look into the incident and possibly hand out a fine to Patrick Kane.

Kane's history of fines from the NHL

Kane has been quite the clean player throughout his 18-year NHL career thus far, with only one fine under his record, in 2017 for a flash against Minnesota Wild's Matt Dumba.
