Bowman was trying to find suitors for both Brandon Manning and Jan Rutta.�
Well it looks like Bowman has given up or couldn't find a suitor as he placed one on waivers.�
Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet reports that Bowman has placed Rutta on waivers.�
Rutta will become UFA after this season and has registered six points in 23 games.�
