What a day it's been in Hawks Nation. NHL insider Bob McKenzie revealed that Chicago Blackhawks forward Brendan Perlini is unhappy with his lack of playing time and has demanded a trade.McKenzie reported that Perlini's agent, Darren Ferris, met with Blackhawks management and both sides decided a change of scenery is best. Perlini not one to hide, met with the media on Friday and while he wouldn't confirm the trade request he would just say that he wants to play. "You want to play. Wherever that may be, it doesn't matter too much to me. As long as you play and get the opportunity, that's all you can ask for as a player." "But like I said, I'm here right now and trying to create opportunities here in Chicago to play and work my hardest whether it's in practice or games."
