After laying a beatdown on the Calgary Flames Saturday night, the Chicago Blackhawks couldn't push through and grab another win on Sunday as they lost to Winnipeg. As the Blackhawks sit six points out of a playoff spot, the team looks like they'll keep pushing for a playoff spot despite losing momentum going 3-5-2 in their last ten games. We've heard a couple of names pop up in trade rumors including Corey Crawford, Erik Gustafsson, Brandon Saad and even veteran Duncan Keith. When it comes to Keith, don't expect him to go anywhere according to Mark Lazerus of The Athletic. Lazerus reports that Keith has not been asked to waive his no movement clause and wants to stay with the Blackhawks. «Nobody's ever asked me that,» Keith said. «And they didn't ask me that last year, regardless of what people said. They talked to my agent and asked if I was happy. Yeah, I'm happy in life and in general. I want to win a Cup, but I'm happy. Nobody's asked me yet and nobody did it last year.» Lazerus did add though that Keith isn't willing to be part of a lengthy rebuild. «Put it this way,» he said. «I want to be here. I want to win a Cup, though. I've already won one, I like it here in Chicago, and I don't want to go anywhere.» Keith is signed through the 2022-23 season and carries an AAV of $5.538million per season.
