Multiple reports have indicated that Chicago Blackhawks general manager Stan Bowman would like to try and move almost anybody not named Patrick Kane or Jonathan Toews. We've heard from NHL insider Pierre LeBrun that the Hawks will meet with Duncan Keith to discuss his future with the team and possibility of waiving his no movement clause. While they haven't met with Keith yet, according to NHL insider Elliotte Friedman, the team already met with defenseman Brent Seabrook about waiving his no movement clause. Friedman reports the conversation didn't last long and that Seabrook won't consider waiving his no movement clause.
