This week, the team asked a judge to dismiss the court case of another victim who suffered under the hands of Brad Aldrich during 2009-2010.
In the team's view, the former NHL player waited too long to file his claim.
Westhead has not yet provided updates regarding the case, but it does not appear to be changed behavior or learned behavior from an organization that previously settled out of court.
