Connor Bedard gets severely emotional to the media and we now know what's affecting his NHL season
Connor Bedard opens up about his parents selling childhood home in Northern British Columbia in Canada.
Bedard, a 19-year old NHL phenom has a strong connection to his childhood home like most, but in his case- it's where he grew up training and learning his love for the sport of hockey.
Growing up in North Vancouver, in British Columbia, Bedard developed a strong love for the game at a very young age. His parents, support that passion of hockey and built a hockey setup in the back yard, where he learned his most highly noted skill- shooting the puck and stick handling.
With Bedard now living in Chicago in his own apartment, reportedly with a fellow Blackhawks teammate (he has kept private as to who it is), there is now speculation about his Dad, Tom Bedard, and Mom, Melanie Bedard, selling his childhood home and downsizing as their family just got smaller.
Bedard recently stated his true feelings on them selling the home, and he's not for it:
"I can't let my parents sell the house"
-Connor Bedard
Bedard living on his own at the age of 18 since being drafted into the NHL has most definitely taught him a lot about growing up, but it is clear that his parents potentially selling the house is bothering him.
