After an astonishing debut by Chicago's newest addition Spencer Knight, an NHL insider reveals which goaltender will be removed from the Blackhawks' lineup, and we have the details.

Spencer Knight was welcomed to the Chicago Blackhawks on March 1, after an unexpected blockbuster trade made by the one and only, Kyle Davidson, which resulted in a debut that will undoubtedly be remembered.
On March 3, Spencer Knight stepped foot on the ice for the first time as a Blackhawk, which concluded in the 23-year old saving the Knight by leading the Chicago Blackhawks to a 5-1 victory against the LA Kings with 41-of-42 shots saved, with a save percentage of .976.

The fans in Chicago already love Spencer Knight

This debut not only brought the team closer together, but suggests this new goaltender has guaranteed a comfortable spot on the organization's lineup.
However, the Hawks currently stand with 3 goaltenders, Petr Mrazek, Arvid Soderblom and the new addition, Spencer Knight.
This topic has left many fans curious, with the NHL trade deadline just a few days away, one of these Chicago Blackhawks goalies will unfortunately need to throw in the towel.
NHL insider, Frank Servalli, confirmed the Blackhawks will aggressively try to find a new home for goaltender, Petr Mrazek, this week.
«Petr Mrazek
Goaltender, Chicago Blackhawks
Age: 33
Stats: 33 GP, 3.46 GAA, .890 Sv%
Contract: 1 year remaining, $4.5 million AAV
Scoop: With Spencer Knight in the mix, it's suddenly a crowded crease in Chicago. If Laurent Brossoit was healthy, they'd have four NHL netminders. Here's the deal: it's Knight and Arvid Soderblom moving forward. The Hawks are going to try to move Mrazek this week, but it will be tough, because they don't have any retained salary transaction slots left and Mrazek has one more year left. But they could find a third party broker, and that would make for a reliable goalie at a low acquisition cost signed for next year at half price, too.»
Although it is never easy to let go of a teammate, the Chicago Blackhawks are in for a ride with their newest addition to the team.
