NHL draft lottery rigged by Gary Bettman? A video confirms it all

Fans of the NHL will undoubtedly cry foul, following the results of the 2024 NHL Draft Lottery, and whoever is winning the Macklin Celebrini sweepstakes.
That will especially happen if Utah wins the lottery tonight.
However, according to Marco Normandin, the NHL cannot rig the Draft Lottery, with a recent publication.
Of course, Bill Daly will reveal the winners at 6:30 PM, but the actual draft has taken place before then.
Can Bettman Rig the Lottery?
According to the quote below it's impossible:

There will be multiple people present during the lottery from Gary Bettman, to Ernst & Young's Scott Clark, and journalists such as Frank Seravalli, Sheng Peng, and Stephen Whyno. Also, representatives of NHL teams will be present, in order to maintain integrity of the draft lottery.

The winning team will win the draft lottery like any other lottery will have to have the correct combination after the 4 balls are drawn.
The winning team will of course, win the Macklin Celebrini sweepstakes as well.
Following this process will be an NHL employee responsible for ensuring accuracy while Bill Dally announces the winners in order in boxes, in order on television.
The complete video of the drawing will later be published on the NHL website for all to view.
This should be reassurance for NHL fans, that of course the process isn't rigged and there are checks and balances along the way.
Future superstar Macklin Celebrini is the top prospect in the draft at age 17, with 64 points( 32 G, 32 A) in 38 games at Boston University during the 2023-2024 NCAA season.
