One of the biggest rivalries over the past 10 years has to be between the Pittsburgh Penguins and Washington Capitals. Having the Ovechkin, Backstrom, and Carlson going against Crosby, Malkin and Letang, there's been some amazing moments between these two clubs.
However, Thursday night may have been the most touching moment. Before puck drop between the Penguins and Capitals, Alex Ovechkin would skate over and check in on how Penguins defenceman Kris Letang is doing.
These two warriors have gone to war so many times over the years but with Letang battling to get back in the lineup after suffering his second stroke, is truling something admirable. Letang also lost his dad recently.
