When it came to Tuesday night's set of games there was nothing better than the game between the Chicago Blackhawks and Vegas Golden Knights at the United Center.
It had lots of action and even some controversy, when Blackhawks star Patrick Kane appeared to score the overtime winner in dramatic fashion. To top it off, this is the Blackhawks last game at the United Centre until March 2nd, the trade deadline is March 3rd so this could have very well been Patrick Kane's last game at the United Centre.
Kane would turn on the Jets, with the clock ticking down Kane appeared to score just before the buzzer went and the team would celebrate. Unfortunately it was called back causing fans to lost it on social media.
However, the Blackhawks would pick up the win in the shootout, not as exciting as Kane's winner but at least the Blackhawks got the win as they deserved.
Blackhawks Insider Tab Bamford would also share his displeasure of Kane's goal being called back:
"This was still is absolutely incredible. Ridiculous moment from 88. Should have counted. #Blackhawks still got the dub because puck don't lie but man this one would have been a storybook ending."
- Tab Bamford
