Blackhawks Sign Top Prospect!
The Chicago Blackhawks have been busy since the off season trying to rebuild this once great franchise back into a playoff contender again.
Making numerous moves to pick up more prospects and draft picks. However despite Blackhawks General Manager Kyle Davidson moving a lot of talent out of Chicago, today they decided to bring some in.
The Blackhawks announced they have signed prospect Gavin Hayes to his 3 year entry level contract.
The Blackhawks drafted Hayes in the 2022 NHL Draft in the 3rd round 66th overall. The 18 year-old had a stand out year with the Flint Firebirds Of the Ontario Hockey League scoring 41 goals, and 81 points, in 66 games this season.
