Concerns Raise as Jonathan Toews Has Been Absent From The Blackhawks Last 6 Practices
Chicago Blackhawks captain Jonathan Toews will not be in the starting lineup Friday against the Arizona Coyotes and will also miss the Saturday game against the Winnipeg Jets per Frank Seravalli.
Toews, who is 34 years of age hasn't skated in 6 days and it's not sure when he will return to the team. He has had a pretty underwhelming season with only 28 points in 48 games, but his team hasn't had a great season either as they currently sit 31st in the league.
We do know that Toews' name has been throw around a lot in trade rumours, but who knows if he does get traded or not this year as he might play out the rest of his contract with the Blackhawks if injuries continue.
