The Minnesota Wild have a pleasant problem with Filip Gustavsson making significant strides this season.

However, they now have to address what to do with Marc-Andre Fleury, who is set to become an unrestricted free agent. Fleury hasn't played much this season, and it's safe to assume that he's unhappy.

While his contract doesn't take up much cap space, it's likely that Bill Guerin will want to make the team younger and explore other options.

As a result, trading assets or a few players may be necessary to stabilize the net. Shedding Fleury's contract would be a wise move, given the Wild's poor cap situation.

The Chicago Blackhawks could trade Fleury for Andreas Athanasiou, who had a good season and could benefit from a fresh start after proving himself.

It's doubtful that Alex Stalock will be signed, so they could send him and a later draft pick if Fleury is moved before July. In any case, a stabilizing force in the net is crucial, and Petr Mrazek hasn't been able to provide it, unfortunately.
