The NHL recently lost a Legend when the Golden Jet Bobby Hull passed away back on January 30th 2023 at age 84.

The Chicago Blackhawks icon was honored sort of with a "moment of silence" before Tuesday night's game between the Blackhawks and visiting Anaheim Ducks.

The Golden just use to say:

"Fans who pay good money to watch us play hockey deserve to be royally entertained," Hull said. "This is show business, and we're here to put on a show."

Well the Blackhawks haven't lived up to the standards Hull use to have when he was a Blackhawk. After the brief moment of silence fans would share their displeasure for the Blackhawks Management for not giving Hull a proper ceremony like they've done for previous players.

One fan on Social media said it best:

"I have to say I am completely and utterly disappointed with the decisions of the front office for the Chicago Blackhawks. I think it's extremely disrespectful and unprofessional that they are not honoring Bobby Hull as they did Stan Mikita and Tony Esposito. A moment of silence."

Although Hull was before my time, most of us understood what the Legends did to pave the way for players today.
