As we shared earlier today, NHL insider FrankSeravalli reports that everybody is available through trade from the Chicago Blackhawks aside from JonathanToews, Patrick Kane and Seth Jones.
It's no surprise that goalie
Marc-Andre Fleury is available as he's been mentioned pretty much on every trade board and looked at as the top goalie available.
Despite playing in what many have labelled a mess in Chicago, Fleury has still put up some solid numbers with a 2.69 goals against average and .916 save percentage along with three shutouts.
When it comes to any trade, Fleury of course holds the majority of the power with a modified no trade clause.
So what does he think the future holds for himself? Is he looking to be traded?
Ben Pope of the Chicago Sun Times asked Fleury if he'd consider a trade to a contender before the deadline?
"It's not my thought yet. All I want is to have this team make the playoffs. Honestly, that's what's in my head right now. To me, it's not worth looking too far ahead."
Fleury is often looked at as one of the best locker room guys around the league and he proves it once again with those comments.
What do you think of Fleury's comments?
