Goaltender Announces Retirement From NHL and Professional Hockey as a Whole
Puck Empire has recently revealed the following:
�'#NHL alumnus Kevin Boyle has retired from professional hockey at the age of 30. Boyle played five games with the #Ducks during
2018-19, going 1-3-0 with a .928 SV% He spent time in San Diego, California, Grand Rapids, Michigan, and Bolzano, Italy, over the course of his professional career.''
He may not be the most well known goalie, but he was always available for a emergency bases for the Anaheim Ducks. Kevin's most memorable season took place in his college hockey days, where he had a win/loss record of 24-10 and 5 overtime losses, with a unreal stat of a .934% save percentage and a 1.83 goals again average!
He took the Ducks organization by surprise, shutting out the Vancouver Canucks in his first ever NHL game! Watch the highlights below:
