Tonight, viewers witnessed a tense incident unfold at the Bell Centre during the clash between the Montreal Canadiens and the Calgary Flames.
In the waning moments of the game, a concerning event transpired as Elias Lindholm's skate made contact with the face of the young defenseman, Kaiden Guhle.
The arena collectively held its breath as Guhle swiftly made his way to the team's locker room.
Fortunately, the anxiety was alleviated when Guhle made a return to the ice. To our immense relief, what initially seemed like a harrowing moment turned out to be more of a fright than an actual injury in that particular sequence.
