Wharram spent all 14 NHL seasons in Chicago, where he racked up 533 points (252 goals, 281 assists) in 766 regular-season games and 43 points (16 goals, 27 assists) in 80 postseason contests. His best season came in 1963-64 when he set career highs in goals (39) and points (71), and was named an NHL All-Star for the first time.
