Patrick Kane took to twitter following the Blackhawks game against the Florida Panthers to congratulate his career teammate on his milestone 1,000th game. He posted two pictures of them with the caption "Congrats to a tremendous teammate, captain and friend on tonight's 1,000th game milestone. Proud to have been along for the entire ride with you." Something you love to see as a Blackhawks fan. Nice to see that even in a season as tough as this one, the bond between these two seems to be still very strong. Toews reaches this milestone relatively soon after Kane did who played his 1000th in 2021. So with the two players both a part of the 1,000 game club now, let's compare some of their numbers from past seasons with the Blackhawks.

Let's make it fun and look at numbers from the three Stanley Cup Years. We'll go in order, and start with 2010. Kane as most remember had a fantastic season with 30 goals and 58 assists for a total of 88 points on the season. Toews had no season to scoff at that year either tallying 25 goals and 43 assists for a total of 68 points on the season. In 2013, the season was only 47 games due to the lockout. Didn't effect Toews one bit as he was still a point per game player as he totaled 48 points on the season with 23 goals and 25 assists. Kane that year had a total of 55 points. Same amount of goals as Toews with 23 along with 32 assists. Then in 2015 both players once again had great seasons and played massive parts in winning the Stanley Cup. Toews only missed one regular season game that year and had 28 goals and 38 assists. Kane was just behind in both categories netting 27 goals with 27 assists.

Although both players have put up fantastic numbers, there are many individual moments that stand out in the players' careers as teammates. For example, Jonathan Toews fantastic goal against Colorado in 2010, came off a pass from none other than Patrick Kane. Who could forget the iconic double OT winner against Los Angeles? Patrick Kane scores off an assist from Toews, crowd goes wild, Kane hits the knee slide, good times. Those are just a couple of moments out of numerous between two future hall of fame teammates.

Take a look at some highlights of some of the duo's best moments!
