The morale for the Boston Bruins will obviously very low right now. After a very early exit from the first round of the playoffs by the hands of the Carolina Hurricanes to the surprise firing of well liked coach Bruce Cassidy to the term oil relationship between Bruins General Manager Don Sweeny and star forward David Pastrnak it's bad right now in Bruins country.
However, this piece of news may britten things up as Hockey Insider Kevin Weekes would reveal news on a former Bruin David Krejci Weekes would say:
"I'm told David Krejci is currently spending part of his summer is South Carolina. With his injuries in HC soon for the @Boston Bruins? Is there I chance he makes his return to the B's this season? I think so."
This is definitely a possibility especially with David Krejci being a fan and team favorite in Boston and is also from Czechia same is David Pastrnak. Sweeny could hope to patch up the friction possibly with Pastrnak and also improve the Bruins at the same time.
Krejci played in 962 games for the Bruins from 2006 to his departure after the 2020-21 season. Krejci had 215 goals and 515 assists with a plus 143 rating.
