NHL Announces Hearing Will be Held for Vicious Slash to The Head
Pierre Engvall delivered a nasty two-handed slash to the head of Kings' player, Sean Durzi, recently.
There was clearly intent to hurt there from Engvall, as he can also be seen trying to catch Durzi with an elbow prior to slashing him in the back of the head.
Well, the Department of Player-Safety has now announced that there will be a hearing held for the slash from Engvall.
I would be shocked if Engvall doesn't receive a multi-game suspension.
