NHL Assistant Manager Currently Fighting For His Life on a Ventilator
The NHL community has been hit with tough news today as news has developed that Calgary Flames general manager, Chris Snow, has been hospitalized as he continues his battle with ALS.
The wife of Chris, Katie, recently stated on her twitter account that he has been placed on a ventilator and is currently fighting for his life at the moment.
Yesterday Chris was admitted to hospital. He was doing great when kids & I left at 8 pm. Overnight he took a turn for the worse and had to be put on a ventilator. Now we wait to see if he will get better. We are very sad and very scared. Hug your people. Life is so tenuous.
Snow has been around the NHL for many years, but three years ago he received sad news that he only has one year to live, but has beat those odds and is still here with us today.
At 41 years of age Snow has been with the Flames organization for many years, dating all the way back to 2010.
We send our deepest prayers to the loved ones of Chris Snow, as well as our prayers to Chris through these tough times.
