NOT GOOD: Patrick Kane Leaves Practice
Patrick Kane has been dealing with some soreness in his leg/hip. With the injury, Kaner hasn't been able to suit up for the last few games.
There was speculation that the Hawks might just sit Kane until next season and sign him to a one year deal, but I don't believe those speculations for a second.
It is more likely that both him, and the Hawks, understand his value in the trade market, and know that they can't take any risks of bringing that value down.
With that being said, it seems like Kane will likely miss Thursday's game vs the Avalanche after leaving practice early today.
It doesn't seem to be a maintenance thing to prep him to play for tomorrow. One would have to assume that Kaner needs to be a full participant before returning to the starting lineup.
