Nearing the End of January, Jonathan Toews Still Uncertain About His Future
Back in the beginning of the season, the Hawks agreed with their two stars, Kane and Toews, that they would circle back to talks of their future once we got to the new year.
This was to give the two some time to see where things were headed and if they would enjoy being part of a rebuilding squad.
Toews has openly admitted that he just has no idea what is going to happen in the coming weeks and months, which is very understandable.
He has spent his entire career in Chicago, where he became the 3rd youngest captain in NHL history, at age 20 and 79 days. He was only behind Sydney Crosby and Vincent LeCavalier.
You can't blame him for having no idea what is going to happen when his professional and personal lives have such strong ties to the city of Chicago.
