It's been a long season for the Chicago Blackhawks and even longer for Blackhawks forward Patrick Kane. The Blackhawks star has been linked to trades since before the start of this season, but they have heated up over the last few weeks.
One of Kane's rumoured destinations is the Toronto Maple Leafs, with numerous Leafs Insiders claiming Kane will be joining Leafs Nation by March 3rd's trade deadline.
Ironically Kane and the Blackhawks were in Toronto Wednesday night and Kane would get criticized on social media for his play, especially on the Leafs goal from Auston Matthews.
With the Leafs up 2-1 in the first period Kane would cover Matthews with just about the same effort as a beer League Player would give on that play, in fact maybe the beer League Player might of tried harder.
We are aware that Kane is dealing with a hip injury, but with his efforts it seems as if he should take the surgery to fully recover as defensively, he is quite useless.
