An emergency board of governors meeting will was held�on Wednesday, February 7, at (about 5:00 PM Eastern time), multiple sources announced yesterday.�

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss a company by the name of Sinclair Sports Group, which oversees a number of NHL streaming services, some of which you may have used to watch games. Bally Sports Network is the company at bankruptcy.

BREAKING: The Diamond Sports subsidiary of Sinclair Broadcast Group has skipped a $140 million debt payment.

These teams are all with Bally Sports Network, who is currently going bankrupt. If things don't get better, these NHL franchises will be at great risk of losing their televised games momentarily as well as a lot of income.
