We all know that the Blackhawks two icons Patrick Kane and Jonathan Toews have been generating a lot of trade interests through the season, but they aren't the only ones, as the Blackhawks have been getting a lot of calls for some of their defenseman.

According to Frank Seravalli of Daily Faceoff, the Blackhawks are going to be sellers at the trade deadline which doesn't come with much surprise, but they've been getting a lot of calls forJake McCabe and Connor Murphy.

It doesn't really seem like the Blackhawks have any «untouchable» players as even earlier in the season they were discussing a possible trade with the Ottawa Senators for Seth Jones.

McCabe is still signed through the 2024-25 season at $4 million, while Murphy is signed through the 2025-26 season at $4.4 million. Seravalli states that the Edmonton Oilers, Toronto Maple Leafs and the LA Kings are teams with interests in the defence man.

McCabe isn't really known for his offensive game, as he has 14 points through 45 games this year, he's known more for his physical play. Murphy is more of a depth defenseman as he only has 7 points through 48 games. Both players have modified no trade clauses.
