Photos Reveal That Gary Bettman's All-Star Plans Have Officially Failed

The NHL has been criticized from many of hockey's hard-core and NHL's purists for making the All-Star weekend a gimmick. Making events to more match the city that's hosting then the skills itself, like back in the 90s when they were fun to watch.

I don't think the Panthers will be getting another All-Star game anytime soon as people were posting on social media how poor the attendance was, having maybe the lowest attendance the skills competition has ever seen.

What didn't help matters was many of the events were pre-recorded and aired the following day, making people wonder what was the point of going. Hopefully next year when the All-Star weekend returns to Canada in Toronto's Air Canada Centre they can have a much better turnout then Florida.
