The Seattle Thunderbirds of the WHL have acquired yet another Blackhawks prospect.
Earlier this year, they traded for Nolan Allan, uniting Kevin Korchinski and Nolan Allan together on the blue line. Allan has 1 goal and 2 assists, totaling up to 3 points in 7 games. Korchinski has 3 goals and 25 assists, adding up to 28 points in 21 games. However, Kevin had a really rough WJC tournament, being sat for most of it for his bad play. Don't let that derail you off Kevin though, he is still a good young player and a fantastic prospect.
Well, earlier today, the Thunderbirds made a trade with the Kelowna Rockets, which included Colton Dach joining fellow Hawks prospects Nolan and Kevin in Seattle.
Dach is 20 years old, and had 0 goals and 2 assists, combining to 2 points during the World Juniors tournament. It is worth mentioning that the ugly looking shoulder injury he suffered during said tournament does not require surgery.
