The Chicago Blackhawks are looking to make moves before the deadline even if some players are still looking to get the team into the playoffs.
We've heard that there's only three untouchables on the Hawks' roster, Jonathan Toews, Patrick Kane and SethJones.
While that sparked talk regarding Alex DeBrincat, it seems another forward could be the first one out.
Interim general manager Kyle Davidson continues to look for a Dylan Strome suitor but he might have found a suitor for another forward.
According to reports out from Czech media and The Athletic's insider Eric Duhatschek, Dominik Kubalik is likely headed to Edmonton.
"In short, he'd be a perfect middle-of-the-lineup addition for any team needing a shot of goalscoring. He's been linked in the Czech media to Edmonton, a team desperately in search of depth up front. "
Kubalik will beRFA after this season and the 26 year old has registered 9 goals and 7 assists for 16 points so far this season in 41 games.
