Rockford IceHogs wrap up the season with a feel-good video for fans.
To the bitter disappointment of losing in the playoffs, the Rockford IceHogs wrapped up a great season and have many more to come as the Blackhawks continue their tear-down and soon rebuilding phase which will give this team numerous talented players to come.
The IceHogs decided to make a wrap-up video for the season with numerous players expressing their gratitude and love for their fan base along with their favourite memories of the season.
Rockford was swept 3-0 against the Texas Stars and had a record of 72 games played, with 35 wins, 29 losses and five overtime losses for 78 points.
Their best player was right winger Rocco Grimaldi who played 70 games, and scored 33 goals with 40 assists for 73 points. The ice hogs had one 30-goal scorer and five 20-goal scorers.
The Blackhawks will find out on Monday where they sit on the draft board when the NHL draft lottery announces who gets the shot at Connor Bedard.
